Our gluten-friendly pizza is made with gluten-free ingredients in a kitchen with all-purpose flour in the air. We separate the process as much as possible by using sanitized tools and workspaces when creating our gluten-friendly pizzas. We mix up Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Pizza Crust Mix, eggs, and olive oil, according to the directions on the bag, and roll out 8" and 12" pizza crusts for dine-in, carryout, or delivery.
Ingredients: Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Pizza Crust Mix (Whole Grain Brown Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Whole Grain Millet Flour, Whole Grain Sorghum Flour, Tapioca Flour, Potato Flour, Sugar, Xanthan Gum, Salt, Guar Gum, and Yeast) plus Water, Eggs, Olive Oil, and additional Yeast.
Gluten-Friendly Buffet: For an additional $2 to our regular buffet price, dine-in guests may select:
one 8" gluten-friendly pizza of their choice,
and either 8" garlic cheese sticks or an 8" dessert pizza.
Plus, they may help themselves to our buffet with unlimited soup, salad, ice cream, and fountain drinks.
